Our good relationship with other shops also helps us to direct our customers to another resource if we are backordered on a particular item (that's right, if we know of another source that has a part you need that we currently have on backorder, we won't hesitate to let you know). Not many shops will do that!

Most importantly, we would NEVER sell any product we wouldn't be proud to have on our OWN cars. PERIOD.

While we strive to have orders processed within 48 hours, we ask that you please allow (in very rare cases) up to 3-4 business days for your order to ship. If for some reason we foresee a longer delay than this, we will contact you and let you know the expected ship date. At that time you will be allowed to either: 1) Proceed with your order (you are not billed until your product is ready to ship, THIS EXCLUDES SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS) 2) Cancel your order at no charge to you, 3) We can assist you in locating your parts from another source.


A tax rate of 4.16% will be added to all orders shipped to a Hawaii address.

For the protection of both the cardholder and Misteeno, LLC, all orders will be shipped ONLY to the card holder's billing address, accompanied by a signature confirmation in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Misteeno, LLC will require the customer to pay in full at the time of order through our online shopping cart via credit card, or through PayPal. We will NOT accept COD terms, or personal/company check. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our standard shipping method is through United Parcel Service (UPS). All international orders must contact us via email for ordering. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that the freight company charges.

All products purchased will be shipped and insured with delivery/tracking number emailed to the buyer when shipped. All items are shipped normally within 2-3 business days. Buyer will be notified via email in the event of a back-order and given options on how to proceed.

Any shipment refused/rejected by the customer's instructed shipping premises does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Misteeno, LLC for refused shipment. If the buyer decides to cancel the order based on this circumstance, all freight charges associated with the return shipment and a 30% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If the customer decides to have the order re-shipped, additional freight charges will be billed to the customer for the re-shipment.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will reimburse the return shipping charge and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.

Any damaged shipment should be checked in the presence of the courier. All claims for damage to your shipment must be made with the courier. Please keep all shipping boxes and packing materials for courier inspection/pick up. If you must file for a damage claim, please do so within 24 hours time upon receipt of your package. In the rare event that a shipment is lost, we will initiate the claim with the shipper for compensation. We will send a replacement product or initiate a refund only after the courier's compensation, this also applies to damaged items.

Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 30 days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused/uninstalled/unmounted and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange will be given on used, installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced items. All order returns must be made in advance by contacting our post-sales support department (support@misteeno.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please include your invoice/order number with your correspondence. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT INCLUDE AN RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. A photocopy of your original invoice showing the invoice/order number must accompany your return package along with a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. Also, be sure to insure your package and use a trackable shipping carrier. This is for your protection; if the package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, NO refund will be given-NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any returns/exchanges made AFTER 30 days from the date of receipt are subject to the terms stated in the previous paragraph AND may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

With regard to the parts we sell, please check your state and local laws pertaining to their use on public roads/highways, as some items are deemed OFF-ROAD USE only and are not to be used on public roads/highways.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size, application, and legality of parts prior to installation.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No warranty claim whatsoever will be made if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Misteeno, LLC is only subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval of repair or replacement of the merchandise in question. If you receive a defective item(s), please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of the product. However, customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with shipment to the manufacturer for warranty claims. No labor costs or inconvenience may be included in any claims. When an item is sent to the manufacturer for warranty, Misteeno, LLC is NOT obligated to provide a replacement. It is the MANUFACTURER'S DECISION to decide whether they will replace the ordered item or not depending on the reason for defect.

There is NO warranty on electrical, internal engine, or turbo parts, once installed.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Misteeno, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Misteeno, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Misteeno, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
